HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Shipping is currently only available in the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, signature required. Swatch orders will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Signature is required to insure against loss, theft or damage, and to provide proof of delivery. You have the option to waive the signature requirement but we are unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or for costs associated with reshipment in cases where incorrect shipping information was provided.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR WALLPAPER?
Wallpaper and grasscloth is made to order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
DO YOU SELL WALLPAPER BY THE ROLL OR YARD?
Wallpaper and grasscloth full roll (9 yards).
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH WALLPAPER OR FABRIC TO ORDER?
We strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY WALLPAPER?
Our wallpaper is prepasted and our natural grasscloth requires adhesive. Professional consultation and installation recommended.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, orders of any kind cannot be cancelled.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All wallpaper and made to order pillows sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products. If you have any questions, please send us a note at customerservice@houseofnomaddesign.com.
